Asotika Centre promotes and leverages new and improved psychometric and statistical methods and capabilities to measure knowledge, skills, abilities, attributes, and processes, in a scientific manner. High-quality measurement, psychometric and data analysis, and reporting are core functional areas of Asotika Centre.
A psychometric test is a mix of abilities and personality tests that evaluate a candidate's abilities. Psychometric assessments may include an aptitude test, a personality test, a situational judgment test (SJT), in-tray exercises, group exercises, role-playing exercises, and interviews.
