A seasoned finance and management professional, he brings decades of expertise in corporate leadership and education, blending strategic vision with operational excellence and social commitment.

As founder of the Asotika Centre for Educational Research, he has driven impactful initiatives to strengthen school education in India, partnering with organizations like S Chand, NIIT, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, the Department of Basic Education (UP), and the Sri Chaitanya Group. His work spans teacher development, curriculum reform, digital learning, and policy implementation.

With strong expertise in policy research, program design, and impact analysis, he bridges the gap between vision and execution, ensuring reforms are practical, scalable, and aligned with the needs of today’s learners.

Dr. Priyanka Sharma

Director & Chief Advisor

Dr. Priyanka Sharma is the Co-founder and Chief Advisor of the Asotika Centre for Educational Research. A reputed scientist and visionary leader, she strengthens outcome- and evidence-driven learning systems worldwide.

With over 25 years in education policy and practice, she has worked as a STEM educator, teacher trainer, test developer, psychometrician, and research leader across government, NGOs, and global learning companies.

She has served as Senior Research Advisor at the National Testing Agency (MoE, Govt. of India), driving research-based reforms in high-stakes exams, and as Research Officer at CAER (a CBSE–Pearson Foundation initiative), leading policy-relevant studies.

Her leadership spans institutions such as the Azim Premji Foundation, COE-India, Pearson Assessment (USA), Khan Academy, and ACER, consistently advancing fair, robust, and learner-centric education systems.
